What services do you offer?
We provide various services, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, demolition, furniture, hardware assembly, and more. What are your hours of operation?
Standard business hours are from 7:00-7:00, Monday through Friday. We offer emergency project support on Saturdays and Sundays.
How do I request a quote?
Fill out the “Contact Us” form – Provide your project details.
Schedule a call. We’ll discuss your project to understand your needs, and then we’ll visit your location to give a precise estimate.
Project completion – We get the job done right, ensuring high-quality results.
Do you charge a flat rate or hourly rate?
We price our services per job rather than by the hour. We can often give you a free estimate over the phone or via video chat. For more complex jobs, we’re happy to schedule a free in-person estimate to ensure we get everything right!
What are your service areas?
We serve the cities of Bay County, Walton County (30A), and Washington County.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that life happens, and plans can change! We only ask for the same amount of communication and respect we offer our customers. Here’s how you can easily cancel your appointment:
Via Text: If you received a text confirmation, reply with “CANCEL” to cancel your appointment.
Via Email: In your email confirmation, click the cancellation link or reply with “Cancel Appointment” in the subject line.
Via Phone: Call us directly at 850.890.5904.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice: Customers must give at least notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid penalties.
Short Notice Penalty or No Show: For cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, a nominal fee of $50 could be charged, as it disrupts scheduling.
Emergencies/Unforeseen Circumstances: Include exceptions for emergencies or other unforeseen events beyond the customer’s control, such as illness or family emergencies.
Do you provide Emergency Services?
We are available for emergency calls during our regular hours, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 7 PM. For urgent maintenance or handyman services outside of these hours, don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs within our available time slots. We aim to respond within 1-2 hours for emergency requests.
